If your car is unfortunate enough to fail its MOT we will quote you for the repairs. Its not always possible for us to complete the work the same day but we will endeavour to do so. You will have 14 days from the date on the certificate to have your car re-tested at no extra charge by us. Outside of this would be charged at £40 standard MOT rate.

No, if you book an MOT you will have an MOT test only. If you require us to investigate other issues or service your car at the same time, you must let us know at time of booking.

MOT will take approximately 45 mins and can be done while you wait. Please let us know upon booking if you would like to wait (we must know in advance).

Technically you can have your MOT test whenever you like, however you will loose the months greater than 28 days from when your MOT is due. Therefore we advise your MOT test is booked in within 27 – 1 day of its due date to maximise pass.

You can check the MOT date of your vehicle by clicking this link or the link on our home page. All you need is the vehicle registration number.

We will send a text message reminder about your MOT approximately 10 days before its due. Providing we have a mobile number for you on our system. 

This would be dependant on what you had previously. If you had a basic service last year a major service will be required this year. Note certain manufacturers have varied service schedules its always best to check before.

Every manufacturer has there own specific instructions, when to service or what service is required. Generally its advised that your vehicle is service regurlary, every year or 12,000 miles whichever comes first. 

Yes, these are available upon booking only and are limited. If you require one please let one of our team know upon booking. We will need your driving licence no and address to qualify for a courtesy car. For more information on our courtesy cars click here.

Of course, feel free to drop your car off when we are closed. Please park clear of the shutter doors and post the keys through our letterbox. Please do not drop your car off if we are unaware of its arrival, contact us first.

Yes you can, however we cant guarantee there will be a ramp available on your arrival as jobs do overrun. Also depending on what work you require, you could be waiting some time. Therefore we’d prefer if you booked a courtesy car or arrange alternate travel. Find out more about our courtesy cars here.

There are many different sizes, brands and styles of tyre that we cannot stock tyres on site. However we can order many tyres in for next day delivery. So with enough notice we can replace you tyres andkeep you moving, as long as booking are made in advance.

Vehicle parts vary from manfacturer, brand shape and size. It would be impossible for us to stock all parts for all cars. We order all parts the day before to ensure we can complete your repairs. We do have good suppliers that we can order parts same day, though this is only if there is stock and we cant dictate timings of deliveries.
